In matrix table question type one can ask multiple questions in one question. It uses close ended questions. There are other variation of matrix table question: Matrix Table: Multi-Point Scale (This question type is a collection of more than one question. Radio buttons are used to mark answers), Matrix Table: Checkbox Multi Select (It is similar to matrix table question and has checkboxes instead of radio buttons to mark answers) and Multi-Table: Spreadsheet (In this question type text boxes are used to insert text while answering questions)
Rank order question type as the name suggests, allows a respondent to rank answer option in order of his/her preference. There are multiple answer options from which a respondent can rank. Drag and drop rank order is a variation to rank order question, were respondent can drag an answer option and drop it according to the order of preference.
In constant sum question type respondent is allowed to fill in only numeric data. Each numeric entry is then summed up and displayed to respondent to be able to understand the relative value. For example, if option A is twice important as option B.
Image question is a visual version of multiple type question. In this question type images can be uploaded and respondents choose from the available image to show their preference.
Date/Time question type allows to collect date/time information filled in by a respondent in a consistent manner. For example, questions related to date of birth.
This is a challenge response question to know if a respondent is human or not. They are used to prevent automated computing programs from collecting sensitive information.
Calendar question type enables respondents to select date and time from a calendar format.
Interactive map questions enables a respondent to select his/her location by clicking on an interactive map. When a respondent scrolls the mouse over a map to select a location, respondent can select from the pop up text and choose the location.
Net Promoter Score is a 10 point scale question where an organization or brand can know about customer loyalty by simply asking one question, “On a scale from 0-10 how likely are you to recommend us to your family or friends?”
